Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Owl Sleep Co. LLC. Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. *Please note the timeframes are guidelines and delays can occasionally occur.*

Order cut off time for same day despatch is 1:00pm (ET Timezone)
We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).
Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.
1. Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received by 1:00am ET will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive both an order confirmation as well as shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please verify if you have received all the products you ordered.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or something is missing, please contact us immediately at support@owlsleepco.com and we will find a satisfactory solution.
Owl Sleep Co. LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before notifying us.
5. Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
6. Pre-order items.
If your desired product is clearly marked as "pre-order", we are currently waiting for stock. You can still process the order, and you will receive it as soon as it is back in stock. If this will take more than four weeks we will contact you to advise. Any other items you order at the same time will be processed with the pre-order item when it is available. If you wish to receive other items sooner, please process them on a separate order (shipping is free). We thank you for your understanding.
