We always recommend to hand wash our products with cool/cold water. Gently lather a PH-neutral liquid wash detergent over the mask making sure that the solution is majority water. But if you insist on using a washing machine, then please use a washing bag and PH-neutral liquid wash detergent. Make sure the setting is set to delicate. Do not spin/tumble dry. Please air or hang dry.
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a certification meaning that all products are tested and approved to support ecological safety and non-toxic substances are used.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@owlsleepco.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
